The satisfaction comes from optimizing. Watching a well-planned terminal move thousands of passengers smoothly is oddly soothing. There's a gentle learning curve and enough numbers to fuss over without becoming a spreadsheet.

It can get repetitive once you've solved the core loop, and the later challenges lean on scale rather than new ideas. Still, as a low-stress management game for the phone, it does its job well.
